About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage a portfolio with confidence and care, while maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Conduct routine inspections, handle maintenance requests, and manage arrears
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure excellent communication and service
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including advertising, open homes, and tenancy agreements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in property management systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property management
  • Experience using property management systems (e.g., PropertyMe, Console, or similar)
  • Must hold a Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence (minimum)
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable car
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Available for immediate start
