**The role**

**T**his role has come into fruition, due to strategic business partnering, creating a rapid expansion of the S&you business across the Accounting, Finance, Business Support and Construction arenas. As we usually promote from within, in this case we have exhausted all internal options, we are now taking our vacancy to the NSW market to invite a motivated individual to join, complement and grow with us.

**S**&you are a diverse and flexible business, we welcome both experience and aspiring recruitment consultants to join our Business with a mix of WFH and weekly office days

**T**he recruiter/Resourcer we are seeking is an individual who is a self-starter, who is passionate about people and thrives in a target driven, ever changing workplace.

**W**orking with a variety of SME and International clients across various industries, you will leverage from our extensive database, and various recruitment platforms where you will run your own portfolio of clients.

**Y**ou will also enjoy seeking new businesses to partner with, giving you a great array of new and existing clients to develop.
