Barto Gold is an Australian Gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since 2009 and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia. The operation consists of a 1.8Mtpa processing plant, one underground mine, and two open pit mines. This is an exciting time to join the company as we pave the way for future growth.

About the role:

Are you a hands-on operator with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for process improvement? Barto Gold is seeking a Processing Coordinator to lead the charge in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant gold processing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate daily processing activities to meet production targets
  • Ensure compliance with WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022 and site-specific procedures
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning
  • Monitor plant performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support a culture of accountability, safety, and operational discipline
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in mineral processing or heavy industry operations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Assertive communication skills—especially in reporting, investigations, and team leadership
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions that count
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to optimize systems and outcomes
