About Us:Multiplant is entering an exciting phase of expansion, with significant growth planned across our Civil & Construction, Bulk & Detailed Earthworks, Dewatering, and maintenance operations.As we evolve, we are actively strengthening our capabilities to support this period of success.The Role:We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to manage the end-to-end bid processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions are delivered on time. You will work closely with technical experts, project managers, and corporate teams to coordinate inputs, prepare content, and manage submission quality.Key Responsibilities:Manage tender inboxes and registrations on portals (e.g., Tenderlink,ICN).Download, log, and file tender documents.Maintain compliance checklists and submission trackers.Format, proofread, and compile non-technical sections (CVs, insurances, policies).Coordinate approvals and signatures.Provide admin support to estimators, engineersCoordinate and track bid programs, ensuring deadlines are met.Draft, edit, and refine non-technical content (methodologies, project profiles, HSEQ).Oversee document design, layout, and presentation of submissions.Liaise with stakeholders across estimating, engineering, and corporate servicesAttend Site Visits when requiredConduct compliance reviews to meet tender requirements.Support post-submission clarifications and presentationsKey Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will possess:A Valid Australian C Class driver's license (desirable)Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Communications or a related discipline.3-5 years' experience in a similar bid/tender coordinator role, preferably within the civil construction, engineering or mining sectors.Proven ability to coordinate small to medium tenders (
