The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to manage the end-to-end bid processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions are delivered on time. You will work closely with technical experts, project managers, and corporate teams to coordinate inputs, prepare content, and manage submission quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tender inboxes and registrations on portals (e.g., Tenderlink,ICN).
  • Download, log, and file tender documents.
  • Maintain compliance checklists and submission trackers.
  • Format, proofread, and compile non-technical sections (CVs, insurances, policies).
  • Coordinate approvals and signatures.
  • Provide admin support to estimators, engineers
  • Coordinate and track bid programs, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Draft, edit, and refine non-technical content (methodologies, project profiles, HSEQ).
  • Oversee document design, layout, and presentation of submissions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across estimating, engineering, and corporate services
  • Attend Site Visits when required
  • Conduct compliance reviews to meet tender requirements.
  • Support post-submission clarifications and presentations

Key Requirements:

  • To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • A Valid Australian C Class driver's license (desirable)
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar bid/tender coordinator role, preferably within the civil construction, engineering or mining sectors.
