The Position

  • Provide excellent customer service to all queries from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Keep all customer information updated in various data bases
  • Liaising with construction project managers, site supervisors and various trades to gather information as required
  • General logistics duties and managing the coordination of deliveries
  • Meet deadlines as assigned for projects; handle multiple priorities and complex tasks on a routine basis.
  • Regular follow up and maintenance of stock levels and managing the supply of stock
  • Liaising with stakeholders providing updates on delays and finding solutions

  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
  • Fast and accurate Data Enty Skills
  • Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment
  • Have exceptional rapport building skills
  • Excel in organisation and prioritisation
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills will also be highly regarded
