THE BUSINESS

Momentum Wealth is Perth's only full-service property investment consultancy, servicing clients Australia-wide. We work with investors and provide advice-driven service to help them achieve wealth through tailored property investment solutions.

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking someone who thrives on meeting people and generating business with a background in property and previous experience in business development to join our team. We also provide training and support, to help you succeed in this role.

In addition to property management, Momentum Wealth provides a wide range of services that you will have the ability to offer your clients. These include:

THE ROLE

As a Momentum Wealth Property Management BDM, you will be responsible for nurturing existing and identifying new referral partner relationships to secure new managements. This means networking with Real Estate agents, Accountants, Financial Planners, etc to develop an effective stream of regular referrals. You will work closely with the Property Management team in the areas of business retention, fostering referrals and assisting in renewing management authorities when required. You will have the support of the Property Management and leasing team allowing you to focus on securing new managements and assisting the clients in getting the properties ready for market.

Essential

  • Demonstrated sales and business development ability
  • Property Industry experience
  • Current PM/ or Unrestricted Registration
  • Ability to source new business through professional and personal networks
  • Current driver's licence and own motor vehicle
  • A desire to refer clients to other services within the business
  • An ability to think strategically

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter, a hunter who is results and outcome focused. You will have excellent relationship and networking skills and be confident in developing and building successful referral relationships. You will have measurable achievements in the area of relationship selling and demonstrated sales skills and possess a successful history in referral partner business generation.
