The opportunity

An exciting part-time opportunity has arisen for an Admin / Client Engagement Officer to join the team at South Coast Carers in Wollongong, NSW. In this key role, you will provide vital administrative and client support to ensure the efficient running of the organisation and deliver an exceptional experience for our valued clients.

This role is 9am-2pm 5x days a week and is fully Work From Home.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform weekly invoicing on Xero and reconciliation duties adhering to NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
  • Consistently check in with current clients to ensure things are running smoothly.
  • Assist with new client intake process including completing service agreements and client information documentation.
  • Support the team with various other administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in an administrative or client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in the use of Xero accounting software would be highly advantageous
  • General knowledge of NDIS as a whole would be highly advantageous
  • Be available for 9am-2pm every weekday.
