Junior Admin Assistant - Entry-Level Opportunity

RMK Precast is seeking a casual junior admin assistant to fill an entry level position, this is an excellent opportunity for someone entering the workforce, finishing/ recently finished their schooling and looking to gain industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors, answering phone calls and taking messages in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing administrative support such as printing, filing, scanning, data entry and other general office duties
  • Supporting different departments across the office as needed e.g design and estimating team.
  • General tidying, organising and putting away office supplies
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Skills and Requirements:

  • A friendly, polite and proactive attitude
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel - we'll teach the rest)
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and be part of a team
  • Work well in a close team environment
  • Reliable and hard working
