About the role

Aussie Made Sheds' is seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Reception/Admin. Based in our Sanctuary Point, NSW 2540 location, this role will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team, including data entry, filing and general office duties
  • Coordinating the scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar reception or administrative role, ideally within the Administration & Office Support industry
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a warm and friendly first impression
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
  • A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
