Join a reputable national residential builder as our Presite Production Manager, overseeing the performance and output of our Estimating and Drafting teams across both investment and retail housing portfolios. This leadership role plays a critical part in delivering homes accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard before site commencement.

About the Role

As Presite Production Manager, you will lead a team of experienced Estimators and Drafters, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll help drive productivity, improve systems and processes, and maintain a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end production output from the estimating and drafting departments

  • Manage workflow and resourcing to ensure timely release of construction documentation

  • Collaborate with design, construction, sales, and procurement teams to streamline handovers to site

  • Lead, coach, and support team leaders and staff across both functions

  • Drive continuous improvement of systems, procedures, and data integrity

  • Monitor KPIs and reporting to ensure targets and compliance standards are met

  • Ensure consistency between investment and retail housing documentation

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in a residential construction environment

  • Background as an Estimating Manager, Drafting Manager, or Production Manager

  • Strong technical knowledge of presite operations, building regulations, and compliance

  • Experience with Databuild, Onsite Companion, or similar construction software

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to drive process improvements
