About the opportunity:
The Display Home Product Development Coordinator is part of the Brighton Homes Drafting team and reports to the Drafting Manager. The key focus of this role is to support the office and onsite teams with coordination of the process associated with getting display homes from initial planning stages into construction and through to opening. More specifically, you will:

• Coordinate the full display home process from planning to opening 

• Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings and key project milestones

• Work closely with sales, design, marketing, construction and compliance teams to meet deadlines

• Develop and maintain display homes policies, procedures and workflows for efficiency

• Oversee the decommissioning of display homes when required

• Support the product development team by managing databases, libraries and cross team liaison

About you:
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:

• Strong communicator with excellent coordination, attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills 

• Demonstrated administration background, working in a fast paced, high-volume environment 

• Confident with liaising with multiple people, adapting to different styles and requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to manage confidential information

• Ideally some experience within the project home industry, demonstrating building and construction and display home knowledge
