Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Estimator to join our team in the property and housing industry. The Production Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and excellent communication skills.

  • Review quotes from vendors and subcontractors
  • Assist in developing project budgets
  • Track actual costs compared to estimated costs throughout the project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in construction estimating
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Certification as a Professional Estimator (CPE) is a plus
