- Collaborate closely with the restaurant manager to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment by empowering your team to deliver exceptional results and provide coaching and support when needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain excellent product quality.
- Assist with managing business operations, including profit & loss, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Proven leadership and coaching ability, with a focus on empowering team members to deliver exceptional results.
