GMK Logistics is recognised as a leading provider in the flooring industry in Australia.  We are a National flooring and logistics business who specialise in unique and quality products across residential and commercial properties. With a reputation second to none we have been successfully servicing our customers for over 60 years.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Truck Driver to join our Sydney team. We offer great hours, as well as overtime, in a supportive team with a key focus on safety to the suitable candidate.

To be successful you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a current HR licence (manual).
  • Basic Fatigue Management Required
  • Possess a positive attitude and great work ethic.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in a team environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Have meticulous attention to detail with paperwork / written instructions & work ethics.
  • Reliable and punctual and available to work 5 days a week.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Have a current copy of RMS Certificate of Demerit Points.
  • A minimum of two (2) years Sydney metro experience.
  • Willing to consistently maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times.
  • Physically fit for manual handling tasks.

Desirable are not essential:

  • Experience in the Transport/Logistics sector.
  • Forklift license an advantage.
  • Experience with "RF" scanning and PDA usage
  • Flooring Industry experience would be an advantage.
