We are seeking Speech Therapy Assistants to join our Team.
Open to Speech Pathology students in their 3rd or 4th year, International Qualified Speech Therapists already based in Sydney wanting visa sponsorship.

About Us
At Kids & Adults Therapy Hub also know as Kids Therapy Hub (KTH), we are more than just a clinic — we are a passionate, multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals of all ages reach their full potential.
Proudly privately owned and operated, KTH delivers high-quality Allied Health services across South West Sydney, with purpose-built clinics located in Gledswood Hills and mobile services extending throughout South West Sydney.
Our team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists and Psychologists all working together in a warm, collaborative environment.
We support clients from early childhood through to adulthood, with a strong focus on children and young people aged 1–18 years. Our mobile team also provides services to schools, childcare centres, supported independent living (SIL) homes, and aged care facilities.

Job Description
We are looking for passionate Speech Pathology students (or qualified Team members) to join our team Work with a diverse paediatric and adult caseload in our modern clinics, out in the community, or a mix of both.
You will focus on building real-life skills and achieving meaningful, functional outcomes for the clients and families you support.
Duties will include (under Supervision from a Senior Therapist)
- Maintain a small caseload under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Therapist. Implementation of programs, strategies and materials to enable clients to achieve goals as set by their referral.
- Providing effective outcome driven support and collaborating closely with participants, their families and carers to provide therapy support to identify the best course of action.
- Liaise with families, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriately needed.
- Work as a part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access for young people and their families.
- Ensure high quality of service delivery, commitment to ethics, and values by working within the principles of Best Practice in Mental Health Service delivery.

Requirements
- Currently studying a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (3rd or 4th Year)
- Current Working With Children Check and valid Police Clearance
- Full working rights in Australia
