Senior Chef De Partie - Upmarket Hotel Bistro

We are looking for a skilled person to work in an upmarket hotel kitchen, and we can Sponsor.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • A la Carte experience is highly desirable
  • Grill and Pan proficient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as a Supervisor of a quality team
  • Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
  • Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
