As our business continues to grow and secure major national service contracts, we're creating a brand-new opportunity for an experienced Service Account Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

This is your chance to take ownership of one of our most significant customers in the petroleum sector — driving service excellence, operational delivery, and commercial outcomes across a high-performance portfolio.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results across financial, customer, and growth outcomes. This includes managing contract performance, service delivery standards, and developing strong, trusted relationships with a major petroleum customer.

You'll work closely with field technicians, branch operations, and key stakeholders to ensure every part of the customer journey: from safety to billing- is seamless, professional, and value-driven.

Your Day to Day

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure all work is delivered safely and in line with company and client safety standards.

• Promote a zero-incident culture by identifying, reporting, and addressing hazards or non-compliances immediately.

Financial Outcomes

• Develop and maintain contract pricing, monitor asset details, and oversee invoicing accuracy.

• Track sales and margin targets, manage CPI increases, identify and resolve negative margins, and drive initiatives that improve financial performance.

Customer Experience Outcomes

• Attend performance and KPI meetings, respond to customer requests, and manage job changes and billing accuracy.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess performance, resolve issues, and build customer programs that enhance satisfaction.

Growth Outcomes

• Identify financial or operational opportunities with customer sites and service calls.

• Partner with internal teams and account managers to uncover opportunities for service and equipment growth, including hardware and value-add solutions.

• Highlight best practices, lead improvement initiatives, and promote innovation within the service contract.
