About The Role
Incredible opportunity for an experienced and sales-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team in Murarrie has arisen This role is all about managing your accounts and territory, driving sales results in our Domestic sales channel.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing effective relationships with Daikin's current dealers, as well as seeking and developing new accounts to add to the Daikin dealer portfolio.
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Domestic, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage existing portfolio of Daikin dealers, domestic customers, and trade accounts by maintaining strong long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial.
- Analyse market activity and trends to develop sales plan that target opportunities for sales growth in the region.
- Provide dealers with up-to-date product information and marketing promotions to maximise sales.
- Manage individual sales budget to meet sales target.
- Develop and deliver project tenders that reflects both customer requirement and optimum product positioning.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure all dealer queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
About You
To be successful in this role, it would be desirable to have:
- A proven track record in sales and managing large accounts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop solid knowledge of the customer base, In-store sales, customer capability, target markets, and the dynamics of each customer.
- Firm understanding of market dynamics and competitors.
- Trade qualification in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration and/or tertiary business-related qualifications will be highly regarded.
