We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Eight Mile Plains team.

About the Role:

Our Recruitment Consultants provide exceptional customer service to Protech clients by making accurate, safe, and methodical recruitment decisions that lead to the highest quality of placement for each role. This position will see you take on key responsibilities, such as the following:

  • Drafting and posting job advertisements
  • Pre-screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checking and placements
  • Managing and growing our existing client relationships
  • Delivering excellent candidate care and building long term relationships with field employees
  • Build talent pools and reverse marketing our great employees into our client base.

Desired Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a talented individual who brings with them not only their experience, but also their determination to succeed and grow with us. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Prior experience in recruiting for high volume blue collar and white collar roles.
  • Confident networking skills and a drive for generating new and organic business sales.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to set deadlines.
