**Talent Focus** is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We need someone who can hit the ground running and bring their expertise to our competitive recruitment environment.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Motivation**: Driven and determined to succeed.
- **Relationship Skills**: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Responsiveness**: Ability to deliver prompt and efficient service while managing multiple tasks and key accounts in fast-paced environments.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in Labour Hire recruitment within fast-paced environments (preferably in Blue Collar sector).
- **Relationship Management**: Expertise in managing relationships, networking, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Urgency**: A strong sense of urgency and the ability to deliver quickly and timely.
- **Professional Skills**: Well-developed communication skills, professional presentation, good organisational skills, computer literacy, and a team-oriented mindset.
- **Autonomy**: High energy and drive, with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
