As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
We are excited to announce an opening for a **Recruitment Consultant** at Cocoon SDA Care, a leading provider of specialist disability accommodation (SDA) and personalized care services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This role is pivotal in managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we maintain our high standards of care and support for individuals with disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop job descriptions and post vacancies across relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an organised applicant tracking system to ensure efficient record-keeping.

Review and interpret employment laws, awards, contracts, wage systems, and dispute resolution processes to ensure compliance.

Develop, plan, and create enterprise agreements or collective contracts, including implementing productivity-based wage adjustments and workplace relations policies.
- Supervise the establishment and functioning of workplace consultative committees and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or disability services.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting inclusive practices.
