**About the role**
If you are a high performer who is successful in what you do, whether in recruitment or not, this could be the opportunity for you. This is a high volume, fast paced position which will enable you to demonstrate your ability to multi-task whilst providing superior customer service to all you encounter.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting interviews via phone, video or face to face
- Completing reference checks
- Proactively follow up required documentation to complete the onboarding process

**About you**
Your experience working in a customer service or sales environment will provide a solid foundation for your success in this position. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn, and in return we will provide full training and a great working environment.

You will possess the following:

- Personable and professional manner
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills in the MS Office Suite
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes

First Choice Care is a leading Nursing Agency located in Eight Mile Plains. We place trained clinical staff and assistant’s-in-nursing (AINs) into ad-hoc and contract placements across Queensland. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. On completion of training, we offer flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.

**_This is a 12-month maternity contract with the possibility to progress to permanency._**
