**About Us**

Real Community Services was established in January 2006 and now provides thousands of personal support hours per week to hundreds of people with a disability such as mental health, acquired brain injury or neurological conditions by focusing on empowering and improving their lifestyles.

At Real Community Services (RCS) we provide, quality services to people living with a disability within an in-home or community setting. With a brilliant team across Sunshine Coast, Greater Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast, we are there to help our Participants to achieve their goals to live a fulfilling life. Real Community Services deliver supports by embracing the values of diligence, respect and innovation.

**The Role**

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and task-oriented Recruitment Officer who will based in our Head Office at Browns Plains. This full-time position will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of our Support Workers who provide assistance to people living with a disability.

**Duties**
- Coordination of end-to-end recruitment including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and preparation of employee files.
- Ensuring industry compliance of new recruits
- Writing appealing position advertisements and having the ability to source through multiple channels with confidence

**Skills and Experience**
- Have a solid knowledge of the current market
- Ability to display strong networking and communication skills
- Have confidence to communicate with our workers and participants
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Suite and administrative tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous proven experience in the disability/recruitment industry is highly desirable
- A demonstrated track record in working in a small, professional, fast paced team.
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain before employment)
