We are seeking a candidate with experience in disposable packaging, a passion for food service packaging, and a strong commitment to delivering the best products and services to our customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time field sales role, requiring regular travel and face-to-face client visits-site. This position is located in NSW, with opportunities to work beyond the state. Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. The role involves regular interactions to understand client needs and deliver tailored packaging solutions.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in the food services packaging industry is a plus
