We are looking for a full-time Sales and Account Manager to join our team in Sydney

Tasks & Responsibilities
The role's primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Sales activities, including lead generation, prospect discovery, outbound sales calls and email campaigns, demos, and closing deals.
- Account management activities, including client onboarding, building relationships with clients, contract renewals and churn prevention.
- Strategic tasks and activities to support the Senior Account Manager in Australia.
- Represent Zapid at in-person events to grow visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B SaaS company (required)
- Experience in the recruitment/hospitality industry is a plus
- Advanced or Native English
- Hungry, competitive, and motivated - you thrive on chasing and closing new opportunities.
- Resilient, adaptable, and resourceful - you're excited by the challenges of an early-stage company.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator, able to simplify complex ideas.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using HubSpot and sales engagement tools.
