An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for processing invoices, managing payment cycles, and maintaining accurate financial records to support smooth business operations. You will conduct reconciliations, resolve supplier queries, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities

This position is based in our Brisbane City Headquarters and the role and responsibilities include:

• Process and manage invoices, credit notes and payments in an accurate and timely manner
• Reconcile supplier accounts, statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial and transactional records within the finance system
• Prepare and process regular payment runs
• Respond to and resolve supplier queries professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure correct approvals and coding of invoices
• Support month end activities including accruals, reporting and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and relevant regulations
• Assist with continuous improvement of AP processes and system efficiency
• Travel to Blair Athol Mine, Clermont QLD may be required from time to time

What You Will Bring to the Role

• Solid accounts payable experience, with proven ability to process high volumes accurately and on time
• Experience using Pronto
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations, payment cycles and financial controls
• Confidence in liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries professionally
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to supporting efficient, compliant finance operations
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to contribute to a safe, productive and disciplined workplace culture
• Strong personal drive, initiative, and a willingness to go the extra mile to support team and company success
