The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-driven Accounts Payable Officer to join our Brisbane Head Office team You will be an essential member of the payments team, working collaboratively across the Finance & Governance Department and the wider organisation to ensure NTI's success.

In this role, you will:

  • Process supplier invoices, coding to account codes and cost centres
  • Attend to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally
  • Prepare daily payment batches
  • Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  • Complete general processing including Visa transactions

Are you the Accounts Payable Officer we need?

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume accounts payable role who understands how an AP function operates. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have the ability to manage your workload independently while meeting deadlines.

You are naturally curious, a strong problem solver, and skilled at building positive relationships. Attention to detail, organization, and a diligent work ethic come naturally to you. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you
