About the role:

Our client is looking to engage a Project Manager to support the Senior Development Manager (who is managing over $1bn work of residential property developments, currently unsupported from a project management perspective).

Office is Eastern Suburbs based, we prefer you be in person most of the week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Helping to define project scope
  • Managing resources
  • Overseeing site progress
  • Managing procurement and contracts
  • Guiding architects
  • Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
  • Communicating effectively with the project team and stakeholders
  • Essentially though - it is to support the Senior Development Manager

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 5-10 years experience ideally. Able to start asap.
