The Opportunity
Looking to launch or advance your marketing career? We're seeking an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support marketing, design, and communication activities across Deague Group and its subsidiary companies.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist in executing marketing activities across all Deague Group companies
- Support the marketing team in achieving overall business goals and objectives
- Research marketing trends, concepts and platforms to keep our companies competitive
- Assist with writing, copywriting, proofreading and editing marketing collateral, publications and advertisements
Digital Marketing
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions and event invitations
- Support the management of digital presence across all company websites
- Maintain and update content and imagery across all digital platforms
- Assist with HubSpot CRM system administration and data entry
Property Marketing & Listings
- Coordinate property listings across all listing platforms with guidance from the marketing team
- Ensure all listings feature quality imagery and accurate, up-to-date content
- Assist in optimising listings to maintain strong search positions
- Support listing strategies to maximise direct enquiries and meet landlord expectations
Design & Production
- Create visual content including images, graphics and marketing materials for digital and traditional channels
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communications
- Coordinate with external design agencies, web developers, printers and media buyers
- Assist with photoshoots and maintain the company image library through editing and organisation
Administration & Customer Service
- Process and respond to sales inbox enquiries across Deague Group companies
- Handle marketing invoice processing, recording and digital filing
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required
What We're Looking For
If you're an organised and creative marketing professional eager to grow your skills across Adobe Creative Suite, social media, and digital platforms, we want to hear from you
Essential Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing (property or commercial real estate experience is a plus)
- Good copywriting and content creation skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing platforms
- Experience with social media management and digital platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred but not essential)
- Basic photography and image editing capabilities
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
