The Australasian Institute of Digital Health is the peak body for digital health professionals in Australia and the region. The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Lead in delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about marketing and communications and wants to grow within a mission-driven organisation..
Key Responsibilities
You'll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns that promote AIDH programs, events, memberships, and initiatives.
Assist the Marketing Lead in implementing marketing and communications strategies across AIDH channels.
Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure effective rollout.
Create and schedule content for AIDH's social media platforms and email communications.
Support the development of promotional materials, including graphics, copy, and digital content.
Assist with member communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing activities, events, and sponsorship deliverables.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
You are an enthusiastic communicator with a keen eye for detail and a desire to learn. You enjoy working collaboratively in a small, high-performing team and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- 1–2 years' experience in a marketing or communications role (internship or similar experience welcomed).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable:
- Experience working in a membership, not-for-profit, or professional association environment.
- Interest in digital health, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Basic skills in graphic design
