Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator based in Melbourne, VIC. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including the development of campaigns, execution of brand strategies, and coordination across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities include market research, managing social media platforms, creating promotional content, supporting product launches, and analyzing marketing performance. The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with the company's vision and values.
Qualifications
- Experience with Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Management tools and platforms
- Strong skills in Content Creation, Content Marketing, Copywriting, and Editing
- Proficiency in Research and Data Analysis to track market trends and campaign performance
- Project management skills, including coordination of multi-channel strategies and meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
