About the Role

We're seeking an experienced
SDR Manager
to lead, coach, and scale our growing team of Sales Development Representatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth, optimising outreach processes, and developing SDRs into top-performing sales professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of SDRs to consistently meet and exceed lead generation and pipeline goals
  • Develop and refine outbound and inbound prospecting strategies
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to align on target accounts, messaging, and lead qualification
  • Track key performance metrics (conversion rates, activity levels, pipeline generation) and report regularly to leadership
  • Hire, train, and onboard new SDRs to ensure rapid ramp-up and success
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience managing an SDR or BDR team
    (preferably in a SaaS environment)
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales talent
  • Strong understanding of sales development tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on performance insights
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
