Origin Lawyers is currently seeking an junior property Lawyer or Conveyancer with 1+ years PQE to join our team on a full-time basis.

The position will involve day-to-day carriage of property transactions (including sales and purchases) and your Key Duties will include:

·      Undertaking simple and complex conveyancing

·      Utilisation of the PEXA platform

·      Preparation of sale contracts

·      Managing files start to finish

·      Preparation of transfer documents and other required forms

·      Arranging settlements with all parties, completing pre-settlement documents

·      Liaising with clients and other parties.

Key Attributes include:

·      You will be confident to work within a team, individually.

·      You will be confident in having client exposure.

·      You will have excellent communication and organisational skills.

·      An eye for detail.

·      Quick to learn.

·      Possess basic knowledge of Office 365.

You will enjoy being part of a flexible, close-knit team with a firm that believes in creating a healthy balance between work and day-to-day life whilst obtaining invaluable knowledge and skills.
