Admitted Lawyer Position - Full-Time

We are a dynamic medium-sized law firm based in the Sydney CBD looking for a litigation lawyer to join our growing team on a full time basis.

Our firm has an established commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice with a focus on contractual disputes, competition and consumer law, intellectual property, equity and insolvency, as well as providing legal advice in respect of a wide range of commercial transactions, servicing a diverse group of commercial and government clients - both national and international - across a number of industries.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in commercial litigation, on a range of complex and interesting legal disputes covering the whole litigation process, from initial inquires and advice, to preparing pleadings and evidence, all the way through to appearing at contested court hearings.

We are seeking an ADMITTED  lawyer that can demonstrate the following attributes:

- Has a genuine interest in practicing in the area of commercial litigation

- Has strong interpersonal skills and an ability to negotiate positive outcomes;

- Has strong telephone and written communication skills; 

- Hard working, proactive and shows initiative when approaching new issues;

- Is highly organized;

- Has strong academic results;

  • Has 1 - 2 years PQE

This is a full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with experience
