The Opportunity

This prestigious boutique law firm, based in Sydney CBD are looking for a Property Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a range of conveyancing matters, with a strong focus on Strata Title sales, including off-the-plan and complex developments.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, managing key dates, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting settlements via PEXA and handling all related electronic lodgements.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, legal counsel, and government authorities to ensure smooth, timely completions.
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to consistent delivery of high quality service and professionalism.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy, service quality, and professional communication throughout transactions.
