About The Role
We are seeking a committed, confident and experienced Conveyancing Lawyer/Senior Conveyancer to take ownership of a varied portfolio of residential and commercial property transactions. This is a hands-on role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work closely with a range of key stakeholders. You will manage matters from initial instruction through to settlement delivering outstanding client service during the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end conveyancing for residential and commercial sales, purchases and transfers
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely settlements
  • Conduct property searches and manage all required enquiries
  • Prepare, review, and manage legal documentation and contracts for transactions
  • Maintain accurate and timely file management throughout the process
  • Oversee conveyancing files
  • Engage in business development and help nurture strong client relationships

To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • Proven experience handling end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified solicitor with 2–3+ years' experience in conveyancing or commercial property law OR Senior conveyancer with 3+ years experience
  • Strong client service focus and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in a second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, etc.) is desirable
