We're looking for a Development Projects Coordinator who is passionate about creating homes and community spaces that people love to live in.

This role blends design thinking with a strong customer lens, turning resident and community insights into practical standards, finishes, and experiences across Ingenia Lifestyle communities. You'll work closely with internal teams & suppliers, to ensure every design decision reflects what matters most to residents, while also preparing clear, accurate documentation that supports smooth delivery and tender processes.

This role can be based out of Sydney or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage tender documentation: Develop accurate, complete tender packs and specifications that reflect design intent and customer priorities.
  • Raise the bar on standards: Standardise schedules; balancing aesthetics, durability, accessibility, and cost-in-use.
  • Embed continuous improvement: Capture lessons learned from defects, maintenance and resident feedback; feed these into design guidelines, operational briefings, and future releases.
  • Partner across the community: Work closely with Project Teams, so Procurement solutions are practical, scalable and consistent across our communities.

About You

  • Strong understanding of tender processes, project documentation, and volume construction
  • Proven experience coordinating design and construction projects, ideally within community-based masterplans
  • Solid grasp of residential building methods, design documentation, and relevant codes and regulations (including MHE)
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and solving problems with confidence
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
