We're on the lookout for a dynamic
Project Manager
who thrives on attention to detail, loves working with a passionate team, and can lead the end-to-end delivery of high-profile interior fit-outs and refurbishments.

You'll manage projects from procurement through to handover, mentor your team, and represent Calida's values—
respect, reliability, fun, and excellence
—on every site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage your delivery team including Site Foremen, Contract Administrators & Project Coordinators
  • Drive project delivery across time, cost, quality, and safety targets
  • Oversee project programming, constructability reviews and stakeholder meetings
  • Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
  • Manage budgets, claims and reporting
  • Ensure site compliance with WHS and company policies
  • Promote team performance, mentoring and professional development

About You

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years' experience in construction project management (ideally hospitality/retail fit-outs)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of construction, delivery and close-out practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project tools (Cubit/Vista experience a plus)
  • Current First Aid & White Card
  • Great communication, leadership and people management skills
