An exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced Training and Development Manager – Technical and Productionto join the Technical & Production (T&P) Team based in Nestle corporate headquarters in Rhodes, Sydney.
This role will manage design, development, delivery and evaluation of capability development programs and competency profiles for the Oceania Technical and Production community that meets current and future needs of the business.
A day in the life…
Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Excellence Manager, key responsibilities of the role include:
- Drive Education and Training (E&T) methodology and application of E&T Pillar master plan in the market.
- Coach and support E&T Pillar Leader on factory level in terms of TPM through regular follow-up and visits. Facilitate established tracking processes for employees progress training plans.
- Supporting HR to develop and deliver the program to upskill front-line factory workforce on Connected Ways of working, Process Master ship through Machines and Technologies, Establishing career and development pathways.
- Ensure the right leadership skills are established to lead factory maturity to Reliable Manufacturing and Agile Operations (where needed).
- Support all functional departments in identifying and establishing a training and development plan.
- Delivery of other critical leadership programs that are key to our operational success, including but not limited to Fit2Win, Front Line Leadership, and T&P related i-learn programs.
What will make you successful
- Joining a collaborative team of Specialists, you will have a proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Formal training (Training and assessing Cert IV) and coaching qualifications.
- Successful experience in training and leadership development program management.
- Successful experience in managing change.
- Proven experience in implementation of Performance Management Tools.
- Working knowledge of the Leadership Development and Education and Training Pillar methodology.
