Who You Are
You're a delivery-focused Product Manager with a technical foundation, who thrives on turning opportunities into shipped outcomes. You're just as comfortable engaging stakeholders across Finance Ops, People Ops, CX, Sales, and Marketing as you are refining a backlog with engineers. You bring clarity, prioritisation, and governance to Humanforce's internal AI and automation initiatives, while building a new Automation Squad from the ground up.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for internal automation and AI initiatives; from concept intake, prioritisation, and time-boxed pilots, through general availability rollout and BAU handover.
  • Engage business stakeholders to frame problems, define value, agree owners, and align on success metrics.
  • Maintain and prioritise a groomed backlog, recommending initiatives to the Head of Applied Intelligence.
  • Produce project plans and product requirement documents, including high-level technical scoping and clear trade-offs.
  • Partner with engineering on backlog refinement, sprint delivery, estimates, release readiness, and quality.
  • Deliver pilots with measurable success criteria and coordinate GA rollout, training, and handover.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Hire, onboard, and lead engineers in the squad, providing coaching and feedback.

What You'll Need

  • Background across technical product, delivery/iteration, solutions, or platform/automation roles (or equivalent transferable experience).
  • Experience leading end-to-end delivery of internal automation or AI-assisted initiatives, from concept through to adoption.
  • Strong agile delivery capability, including backlog management, sprint cadence, release readiness, and reporting.
  • Practical understanding of software, data, or AI concepts, with the ability to assess feasibility and requirements.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across operations, CX, or go-to-market functions.
  • A proactive, action-oriented approach, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping new processes in a growing business area.

Some 'nice to haves'

  • Experience guiding and collaborating with engineers or technical specialists to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Awareness of privacy, security, and risk considerations for enterprise AI.
  • Familiarity with, or interest in, AI-assisted workflows, orchestration, and agentic patterns.
  • Exposure to automation in CX, Finance Ops, or People Ops is a huge plus
  • Clear and inclusive written and verbal communication skills.

Our values

  • We are bold
  • We are all in
  • We are customer obsessed
  • We do what we say
  • We are good humans
