The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to take a key role on large-scale residential apartment projects. You will be responsible for coordinating trades on-site, ensuring program delivery, quality workmanship and strong safety standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Foreman looking to work with a market-leading developer-builder on iconic projects from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily coordination and supervision of trades and subcontractors
  • Manage onsite operations, safety, QA, and program execution
  • Monitor project progress and report to the Site/Project Manager
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with plans & standards
  • Maintain strong site communication and a highly productive work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in high-rise residential or major apartment projects
  • Strong trade coordination and subcontractor management skills
  • Solid understanding of construction programs, WHS, and quality standards
  • Proactive, organised and hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to drive performance and build strong site culture
