Your New Role

Due to continued growth, my client is seeking an experienced Foreman / General Foreman to join the team on a $180M residential development in North West Sydney.

Reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with the Project Manager, you'll play a key role overseeing the structure and finishes packages, ensuring delivery to the highest standard of quality, safety, and detail.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all on-site activity and subcontractors across your assigned stages
  • Maintaining strong communication between site, design, and management teams
  • Driving program delivery while maintaining top-tier workmanship and safety standards
  • Managing site diaries, short-term programs, and progress reporting
  • Ensuring ITPs, BCA compliance, and QA documentation are completed accurately

For You to Be Successful

  • Trade qualified (Carpentry or similar) with strong site-based experience
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale residential / mixed-use projects ideally valued $50M+
  • Exposure to both structural and finishing trades
  • Strong understanding of Class 2 compliance, BCA, and ITP processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to drive quality outcomes while maintaining strong team culture on site
