What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of tender documents.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinating training sessions, professional development programs, and office events.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, facilities, and systems.
  • Providing administrative support to senior management.

What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or coordination.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of office management or administration experience is required.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and business systems.
  • A friendly, professional approach with a customer-focused mindset.
  • (Bonus) Experience in the Owners Corporation, property, or related industry.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
