This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same – from supporting client transitions, assisting with tender preparation, to coordinating staff training and office events. What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Acting as the first point of contact for client onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinating training sessions, professional development programs, and office events.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, facilities, and systems.
- Providing administrative support to senior management.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or coordination.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of office management or administration experience is required.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and business systems.
- A friendly, professional approach with a customer-focused mindset.
- (Bonus) Experience in the Owners Corporation, property, or related industry.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
