What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Settlements Officer. The key accountabilities of this role would be to:
• Prepare Loan Offers and Mortgage Documentation.
• Manage your pipeline and associated follow-up.
• Liaise with banks and solicitors to facilitate the settlement process.
• Book and arrange settlements, whether electronically or as otherwise required in each state.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to all parties involved.
• Prepare settlement figures and daily funding requirements.
