About The Role
Your mission is to support our sales operations within the CCS team by ensuring timely assessment of small-ticket leasing requests and by helping customers and partners with their
grenke
services.
You will be part of the CSS team, dealing with the preparation of financing offers, processing of incoming lease requests from credit assessment up to their settlement and supporting our growing customer base. You will also be asked to assist with non-commercial activities and processes which are related to the running contracts.
In a normal working day you will manage a variety of situations, often at the same time, like: taking calls from customers, brokers or resellers, preparing a contract, evaluating a client's financial position or preparing an offer, all while ensuring performance and quality targets are achieved.
About You
This position will ideally suit someone who enjoys working in a small team and office environment while having a wide scope of responsibilities. While being managed by an experienced business leader, it's also essential to be able to work unsupervised.
Further you will have:
- Degree in Business or Commerce or a commercial education with at least 2 years' experience in the field of credit assessment and/or B2B relationship management
- High service focus and hands-on mentality
- Structured work methods and strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn every day and to adapt tasks according to the company's development
- Team spirit, passion and high level of commitment
