Lead case reviews, facilitate discussions and case conferences, and build strong relationships that drive positive outcomes.
Collaborate within a high-performing, values-led team committed to doing the right thing for every client.
You bring experience from a corporate, professional services, or medical environment where customer outcomes and stakeholder management were central to your role.
You're confident working with complex information, managing competing priorities and applying sound judgement in your decision-making.
You're empathetic, resilient and able to guide others through sensitive or difficult conversations.
You have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
You're motivated by purpose, helping others get back to work and life after injury.
