Your new role

As the Organisational Change & Product Adoption Lead, you'll drive end-to-end change management across a major digital transformation. You'll lead stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, and adoption strategies to ensure seamless integration of new solutions. This EL1-equivalent role requires strategic leadership, agile alignment, and a strong focus on benefits realisation and operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Baseline clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • Proven experience in organisational change management within agile environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
  • Experience in benefits tracking, readiness assessments, and capability development.
  • Relevant certifications in change management, L&D, or Agile (desirable).
