What you'll do

  • Create employment contracts, policies, manuals, handbooks, and forms for clients.
  • Provide advice on employment legislation and best practices.
  • Guide clients on how to use BrightBase and BrightHR software.
  • Maintain and update your knowledge of HR and Employment Law.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support the wider advisory team when needed

What we're looking for

  • 1 year experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations or in a similar HR field.
  • Prior experience creating, implementing, and advising on HR documentation such as contracts, policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system and National Employment Standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.
