We are seeking a Broker Relationship Manager (commissionist to start) to join Zool Capital, an established Australian fintech with 15 years in the market and a strong reputation in SME lending.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our broker partner network by identifying, onboarding, and supporting business and commercial brokers. You'll act as the key link between Zool Capital and our broker partners, ensuring they are trained, accredited, and motivated to channel deals through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and onboard new business and commercial brokers
- Deliver training and accreditation sessions to ensure brokers are confident in using Zool Capital's platform
- Build and maintain strong long-term broker relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to support brokers on structuring deals and managing the credit process
- Drive broker activity to meet growth and revenue targets
Requirements
- Background in finance, lending, or commercial sales
- Experience managing broker or channel relationships (preferred)
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of SME lending or commercial finance is highly desirable
