Are you an experienced Client Service Officer looking to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Senior Client Service Officer to join our growing Financial Planning team.

About the role:

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Financial Advisers and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional service experience. You will oversee the client service process from end to end, mentor junior team members, and help drive efficiency across our advice operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and oversee client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service requirements
  • Prepare and process Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and fee consent documentation
  • Implement Statements of Advice accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with product providers and follow up on applications, transfers, and rollovers
  • Maintain accurate client records in XPLAN, ensuring compliance obligations are met
  • Support advisers with SOA preparation and client review implementation
  • Assist with workflow management and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members

About you:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Client Service/Client Relationship role within Financial Planning
  • High level of insurance knowledge and experience is essential (Life, TPD, Trauma, Income Protection, Business Insurance)
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning processes, platforms and industry compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in XPLAN (essential)
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to build strong client and adviser relationships
  • Team player who can also take initiative and work independently
